Delete your GridRyde account

You can delete your account at any time. From the app or the website it is immediate, and it cannot be undone.

How to do it

• In the app: Profile → Eliminar mi cuenta (Delete my account).
• On the website: log in, open My bookings and tap «Eliminar mi cuenta».
• Can’t log in? Email info@malaga-consulting.com from the address you signed up with. We delete it and confirm by email.

If you have a rental in progress, finish or cancel it first.

What we delete

Your name, email, phone number, password and identity verification. We also delete your customer record at Stripe, our payment provider.

What we keep, and why

Bookings, rentals and payments are kept without any data that identifies you for up to 6 years, because tax and commercial law requires it. See the privacy policy for details.

Business accounts and people who rent out their bikes

Email info@malaga-consulting.com from your account address and we will close it.
