Who provides the locks?+–
GridRyde. We assign a smart lock to every bike you list; until it has one, the bike can’t be rented.
What if a bike isn’t returned?+–
The rider is identified with an ID document and their deposit stays held. Late returns are charged automatically and you have their direct contact from your panel.
How do I get paid?+–
Through Stripe, the same gateway Amazon and Shopify use. Connect your account once and transfers arrive on their own.
Can I list as an individual?+–
Yes. GridRyde welcomes both businesses and individuals — sign-up asks which one you are and guides you.
